Jillian was born and raised in sunny South Florida, USA where she began extensive dance training very early on. She trained in all styles of dance, working with directors Eirberto Jiminez, Deborah Buttner, and Hannah Baumgarten; varying from The Royal Ballet, Cuban Classical Ballet, The International Ballet Company, and Dillard Center for the Arts.

Jillian attended Point Park University, in Pittsburgh, PA where she studied Dance and Musical Theatre. After college, Jillian performed and choreographed with Norwegian Cruise Lines, the leading cruise company for entertainment, as a singer/dancer and dance captain. She worked with many choreographers from New York to Vegas which include: Patti Wilcox, Eric Jordan Young, Robert Dean Hertenstein, and Tiger Martina

 In between life at sea, Jillian performed and choreographed for Theme parks and other entertainment companies.  In addition to her singing and dancing, Jillian has made appearances in movies and television including: Love and Other Drugs, Bloodline, and various commercials. Jillian Moved to England in 2017 to pursue her dreams of furthering her dance career. American Dance School was open June 2017. 


Daniel is a professional Hip Hop/Commercial Dancer who comes from a very musical family. After Daniel graduated from Buckinghamshire New University, he began his dance career. Daniel's credits include: Dancer at the London 2012 Olympics opening ceremony, Dancer for various artists such as; Fleur East, Troye Sivian, and Dizzie Rascal. Daniel is now focused on choregraphing and teaching and inspiring the new generation of dance.


Danny trained at Bird College where he studied professional Musical Theatre and Dance. Since graduating he has worked on many exciting projects within the industry, allowing him to travel all around the world with his work. 


Credits include: HUMANA (Redha Benteifour), Bridgerton (Netflix Orginal), Coricopat in CATS the Musical, Franz in COPPELIA (KVN Dance Company), GlobalZoom (Vienna/Barcelona) The Best of Rock Musicals (Hammersmith Apollo) and RANDOM ACTS (Channel 4). 

Danny is currently filing Bridgeton series 2 for Netflix

Poppy Smith

Poppy started gymnastics when she was four years old and became elite by the time she was eight. As a young child, Poppy trained over twenty five hours a week. Poppy competed Nationally and Internationally varying from USA, Malta, Ireland and Jersey. Poppy stepped down from training when she was eighteen to pursue a career in coaching. Working her way through coaching qualifications such as: British Gymnastics Level 2 Qualified Coach. Level 3 Personal Trainer. First Aid Trained and an up to date DBS.   Poppy is now the proud of Miss Poppy’s Gymnastics Ltd . 


Charlotte started dancing at the age of 10, training in various styles of Hip Hop and Ballroom. Charlotte competed with IDTA regionally and nationally and was the ’ Regional Street Dance’ solo champion, 4 years in a row. She then turned her passion to teaching in 2017 qualifying as an IDTA Freestyle associate teacher. Charlotte received Honours, the highest grade achievable for a teaching exam. 

Anna Regan

Anna started gymnastics at the age of four where she trained and competed in county and regional competitions until she was seventeen years old. However, at the young age of fourteen Anna began to discover her love of coaching and began to teach and gain her coaching qualifications. Anna trains young aspiring gymnasts from the age of 3 up to 18 and has completed a second coaching qualification.
